Privacy, in plain words.
What we collect today
This pre-launch site stores only what you type into its forms: waitlist signups (email, optional name, chosen area), operator applications (name, email, optional phone, city, country, your message), and contact messages. Nothing else — no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no profiles.
What we use it for
Exactly what each form says: one launch email for the waitlist, replies to applications and messages. We do not sell, share, or "enrich" your data, and we won't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
In our database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, access-restricted to the Melt team, transported over HTTPS.
Your rights (GDPR)
Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time and we do it — write via the contact form. When booking launches, this policy grows to cover bookings and job photos (photos are taken only with your consent, stored privately, and deletable on request).
Controller
Legal entity and registered address: published before launch. Until then, the contact form reaches the founding team directly.
